
Yummy and Simple Homemade Candy Recipes For Christmas:
When it comes to preparing home cooked meals to holiday gifts, I think we all agree that the candy is on top of the list. All three of these recipes are easy to prepare and only takes 15 minutes to make (not including reduced hours).

Holiday Marble Bark
6 squares semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
6 premium white baking chocolate
1 cup crushed peppermint in with 2 containers of different microwave, melt semisweet chocolate and white in a bowl. You must use the high power setting, stirring chocolate every 30 seconds until melted. I think using a silicone spatula-stick works best for this task.
Mix 1 / 2 cup peppermint candies in each container. Alternately spoon melted chocolate onto wax paper-lined cookie sheet. chocolate swirl with a spatula to create a marble effect. Refrigerate for 1 1 / 2 hours or until firm. Break into small pieces. Double Peanut Clusters 2 cups vegetable chunks of peanut butter 1 tablespoon butter 2 cups salted peanuts Melt chips with peanut butter and butter in top of double boiler hot, not boiling. Gently stir in the peanuts until they are well covered by the mixture. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper or parchment. Drop mixture by spoonfuls on a plate. Chill until firm.
Pecan Pralines
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans around the use of half of medium-sized saucepan, combine brown sugar with the whipped cream. Boil the mixture over low for 10 minutes, stirring often non-stick silicone spatula. Remove from heat and stir in butter, vanilla extract and pecan halves. Beat this mixture by hand for 3 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or greased and drop the mixture onto the sheet rounded tablespoons. Cool until firm.
