Easy and Quick Tasty Recipes for New Year Celebrations


New year should be a time of joy, not stress. The additional pressure that sometimes put us as the holiday season feel rushed and overwhelming.

If you have guests to your home, or bring a dish to a party, these simple recipes will save you time better spent enjoying your holiday.

Chili Baked Potatoes:
Chile vegetarian baked potatoes (homemade or store bought) butter, parsley boiled potatoes cut open and spread a small amount of butter inside. Top with Chile and sprinkle with parsley.

White Wine Chicken :

Four White Wine Chicken Chicken
1 cup white wine
2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons spice up any salad dressing
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tbsp pepper 1 / 2 teaspoon paprika

Marinate chicken in white wine, garlic powder and dressing one hour. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spread into a chicken casserole and press fresh lemon juice on top. Pour remaining marinade over each piece of chicken and sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Bake about 30 minutes.

No Bake Butterscotch Cookies:
2 packages of butterscotch morsels
1 / 2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
3 cups corn flakes,

chunks of caramel and peanut butter over low heat until the pieces melt. Place cornflakes in a large bowl. Pour melted mixture over the cornflakes. Drop in spoonfuls on wax paper (you can make them as big or small as you wish). Let stand for about 10-15 minutes before serving to give them time to adapt.

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad Pasta salad ingredients:
1 pound small types of pasta (bow ties or shells work well), cooked and drained
1/3 package of cooked bacon,
crumbled 3 green onions, chopped

Sauce ingredients:
3 / 4 cup ranch dressing
1 / 4 cup sour cream powder
1 / 2 teaspoon garlic pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
1 / 4 teaspoon black pepper

Mix all ingredients together pasta salad. Mix dressing and add half of the dough. Cool. Add remaining dressing just before serving.
